Is this cohort for me?
61%
of employees handle multiple roles
85%
of service leaders are widening roles
70%
of job skills will change by 2030
Roles are changing. They are getting broader, and you are expected to wear many hats: read the numbers, shape the marketing and weigh in on product and operations. Deep skill in one function goes further with a working grasp of the rest. You will learn the essentials of every core business function, so you can take on a broader role with confidence. If this sounds like you, this cohort is built for you.
We build up from the basics, one step at a time. No prior knowledge required.
Finance, marketing, product, operations and more in one cohort, and how they connect.
Each session focuses on a real business use case over theory, for you to build on.
By the last weekend, you’ll be ready to wear more hats across the business.
